1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Your order is missing an item.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Perfume Returns

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you do not like the fragrance, its performance, or its scent after opening or using the product.

Therefore, please carefully review the product information before placing your order.

Opened, sprayed, used, or tampered-with perfume bottles are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Damaged or Leaking Products

If your perfume arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • A short video, if necessary, showing the damage or leakage

Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Incorrect Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacing the incorrect item with the product you originally ordered.

5. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the order before arranging a replacement or other appropriate solution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sprayed perfume bottles

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Products with removed, damaged, or altered packaging

  • Orders returned because the customer changed their mind about the fragrance

7. Refunds

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, we will process the refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

8. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved because you received a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, defective, or leaking product, Ajwa Perfumes will make reasonable arrangements regarding the return shipping.

If a return is requested for a reason that is not covered by this policy, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
